distributed energy Onsite power generators Charged my credit card and never delivered Generator Williamsburg Virginia
Ordered 20 kw Onan generator from Craig. Paid him with my credit card. He said i would recieve a tracking number. I never recieved it. He kept saying generator was coming. Well it never came. After 1 month I told Craig I wanted it cancelled. He said sure and that he would refund the money. He never did. He told me it would be quicker to go through my bank {credit card issuer} because it would be quicker to get my refund. It has been 2 months with my bank and still no refund. I have contacted my local police recently. He says he can't credit my card, my bank has to do it. I said just send me a check and no response. I am very upset with him !!!
