David Hill, or Mr. DMH as he likes to call himself, will promise you a job, a piece of the pie and all sorts of wonderful opportunities. At first he will deliver- well sort of. Dave is well connected to a lot of people in the music industry, so at first you are excited and believe anything he says. I offered to start as an intern but with his persistance on paying me, of course I agreed.
Then came pay day and no pay. He gave me all these excuses about why he cant pay but promised it would be soon, so I continued to work. Then the next pay period came around and still nothing. I did this for months until another co-worker told me Dave left them hanging many times before. As a result I told Dave I would postpone working until I was paid in full. That lastest for a week. Dave paid something on his debt and I came back to work.
The last straw came when Dave asked me to hire 2 writers for RNB magazine. I did as told, but in the back of my mind I wondered how he was going to pay them and still havent paid me. When pay day rolled around and he couldnt pay them what little money he owed, my phone started ringing and that was it.
I am currently in the process of suing DMH Media Network along with another co-worker and filing a report with the Labor department.
Beware of David Hill and DMH Media Network when he ask for an investor. I personally know several people Dave owes so I am sure this will not be the last post.

We were approached to invest in a concert, Octurnal 2017, put on by DMH Empire, XperiLive, and Viral Music - all companies created by David M Hill. Investors wired him over $250,000. We were supposed to receive our investment plus ROI and 25% of concert profits by the end of November 2017. Hill strung us along and shamelessly gave one excuse after another...first stating that TicketMaster was delaying payment, then saying his bank refused to release funds. He is a crook, a coward, and a straight up weasel. We met with him face to face to get answers when he didn't pay us- he showed us a certificate of marjiuana stock that he said he would use to pay us. Later he sent us a screenshot of a check from National Space Society that he said he would deposit annd wire money to us with. We have not seen one cent of the over $450,000 owed.
Authorities are interested in hearing from other victims. Please contact us at [email protected].

I need to clear the air on this statement about David Hill and DMH Media Network.
Christain was a writer for RnB Magazine working for a couple of months at a rate that DMH Media Network can afford. I (David) went into a partnership with a Sand Stone Properties (http://www.sandstoneproperties.com/management-team/) owner Eri Korh. He was to invest a large sum into DMH Media Network for a % of the company. The deal closed and accounts was open and work contiuned but at a larger level. Chirstian and other employees even went to eri office to fill out forms to make sure there pay is on time etc.
We worked for 40 days as the new company with funding at this time I hired more people (friends) and had Christian and other employees rate switched to full time. Every one was getting paid on time and working to build.
After the 40 days Eri came back from Vacation and pulled funds out of the account and went on not to respond for a reason. Except Im out. His lawyer contacted us 60 days after us trying to contact him, with forms saying that we dont have to worry about the funds spent on the staff and we are good. I didnt sign this sheet.
I still had the employees and the new rates from everyone quitting there jobs and working with us. Because we didnt have the funds to pay out and tried to work it out with the team some left and some stayed to weather the storm. And this situation happen. Christian is a great writer and will go far in the biz. Im sorry she got mixed up in this hickup.
This was years ago and we have learned from this situation. When a bigger company does what they want without worriying about the get back is always bad for the smaller company.
As of today Eri has not repsoneded to any of our messages and or suits.
