Ripoff Report REVIEW / DMV.us.org Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
DMV.us.org joins the Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program -- a long name for a program that does a lot for both consumers and businesses alike.
When a company or individual joins the Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Program, they must make a commitment to us – in writing – to 'doing whatever it takes to make things right with their customers.' What does that mean? It means that Ripoff Report expects that members of our CAP program will review and respond to ALL customer complaints promptly. It means that every complaint will be taken seriously and every customer will be treated fairly and with respect. It means if a customer did not receive what they expected, the company will work with that customer to fix the issue. It means that if a customer requests a refund and if there is any reasonable basis for that request, we expect the customer will be given a prompt refund (some refund requests may not be reasonable, so this does not mean a refund is guaranteed in every case). “Making things right” can mean lots of different things to different people, but our point is this - by working closely with the company or individual to resolve any disputes, Ripoff Report can track the footprints of customer service to ensure that our CAP members are doing everything they can to treat customers fairly and to increase their customer satisfaction.
ALL COMPANIES GET COMPLAINTS, BUT HOW THE COMPANY HANDLES THOSE COMPLAINTS SEPARATES GOOD BUSINESSES FROM THE REST.

By Ripoff Report
DMV.us.org approached Ripoff Report with the intent of resolving any customer issues and reports posted on Ripoff Report. As a Part of the Corporate Advocacy Program, the member business allows Ripoff Report to send an email to all of those who filed a complaint in the past, letting the customer know, the member business wanted to make things right with them, whatever it takes to do so. Ripoff Report always monitors these emails to insure the member business does what they agreed to. The people at DMV.us.org did just that. DMV.us.org has gone to great lengths to make sure they try and resolve any and all customer issues. DMV.us.org has joined the Corporate Advocacy Program because they want customers to know they will resolve any and all customer issues. They never want their customers to feel like they weren’t taken care of. DMV.us.org stated, “Our goal is to help people get the driving records they need quickly and easily. We believe that providing those reports along with excellent customer service is the only way to do business.” DMV.us.org provides people with access to information about their driving history or the driving history of other people. You can find out how many traffic tickets the individual has, whether or not they have been paid, and if they have any drunk driving charges. People can use this information to make sure they have not been taken advantage of by an identity thief. Employers can use it to make sure that they are not hiring someone who could be a danger behind the wheel while working for their company. The information is up to date and verified. Having the information available online is practical, because it means that people do not have to directly contact the department of motor vehicles in all 50 states, which can be a time consuming and expensive experience.
DMV.us.org CONTINUES TO CLARIFY WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR CLIENTS
"DMV.us.org has created a database of millions of publicly available driving records in all 50 states We then give people access to these records. While these records are public information, it would be nearly impossible for someone to actually manually get the records themselves from 50 different motor vehicle departments. So, we make public records more easily available to the general public. This means that companies don't have to worry about hiring a drunk driver. It also means that people can make sure that they have not become a victim of identity theft. We believe that we are providing a much-needed public service.”
WHY DMV.us.org IS BETTER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS DMV.us.org / Statement from the manager.
"My name is Karmen Jones and I am the customer service manager of DMV.us.org. I would like to thank you for taking the time to review DMV.us.org. DMV.us.org is dedicated to providing people with high quality customer service and the best and most accurate driving records and reports available anywhere. From time to time, data gets corrupted. That is impossible to avoid given technological constraints. We work hard every day to fight data corruption and whenever we hear that a customer has gotten a corrupted report, we fix the report and provide them with a refund. We believe that we are doing everything in our power to make sure that our customers get the high-quality, accurate reports they deserve. We also work hard to help victims of identity theft clear their name. We believe that we provide a valuable public service to our customers."
High End Database.
"At DMV.us.org, we use high-end servers to host our ever-expanding database. This database is serviced by the most experienced IT staff we have been able to find. Data corruption happens much less often at our company than at other companies for just this reason.”
ANY BUSINESS THAT CAN ADMIT THEY MADE MISTAKES AND CORRECTS THOSE MISTAKES IS A BUSINESS YOU CAN TRUST AND WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH .
As stated above, DMV.us.org is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and has made every possible effort to ensure that all customers have a positive experience while at their business. After speaking with the management at DMV.us.org and emailing anyone who filed a complaint in the past, Ripoff Report is proud to give DMV.us.org a positive Rating. DMV.us.org made efforts to ensure that all customers were satisfied, and Karmen Jones assured Ripoff Report that the business has an improved business model that features customer satisfaction as the top priority. Karmen Jones, the customer service manager of DMV.us.org, stated, “We constantly seek feedback from our customers and use that to improve our customer service training and standards. We also check our database for corruption errors on a regular basis. We know that our reports are important, so we make sure they are as accurate as possible. We are also always looking for way to improve our customer service experience. Whenever any customer has a problem, we address it fairly and ethically. We want our customers to think of us as trusted friends.”
STATED IMPROVEMENTS FROM DMV.us.org.
DMV.us.org has agreed to bring on more IT staff in order to more fully monitor their database for data corruption issues. They will also offer additional training to their customer service staff so that they can more quickly help out a customer who has received a corrupted report. They are also looking at software solutions that many automate the process of checking for database corruption. In addition, they are building new servers to cross check all data before it is released to a customer. Karmen Jones added, “At DMV.us.org, we work hard to make sure that each and every one of our customers is happy. Should they get a corrupted report we will not only fix the report, but also refund their money. We will also start collecting feedback from our customers through surveys in order to see if we can identify any data corruption patterns and have our IT staff fix them immediately so that other customers are not affected.”
WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR IN THIS INDUSTRY
A huge problem in this industry are companies that promise to provide driving records for free. Those companies generally use outdated databases and then try to sell your email to spam marketing companies. Because of the cost associated with running servers, checking for data corruption and updating a database, any company that claims they can give you records for free is taking advantage of you in some way. In this industry, you truly get what you pay for. Other companies promise to remove negative driving records for a fee. This is always a scam, because public records remain public forever and no company has the legal right to remove negative information from a driving history background check.
