Just to provide an update on my shipping saga. My goods have finally been shipped to the UK, the delivery company that Kathryn said would be making my final delivery have not been paid (no surprise there!). Further to this, they stated that they were in the same situation with another customer who had used Dolphin...I have had to pay out an additional $1200 to get my furniture delivered. Various items of my furniture are damaged & broken, I now have the pleasure of claiming on the insurance policy that I took out with IMCA & Dolphin...although I don't hold out much hope of getting any money out of them.

Just to let everyone know that I am still battling with Dolphin International for my goods, I have received from kathryn Kaiser an email saying my goods will be despatched (this is the third one) but she will not provide me with a bill of lading despite numerous requests by phone & email. So I gather once again she has not sent my goods, she will not advise me where they are being held, so that i can get them shipped by someone else....does anyone know how to find out where they are being held? Has anyone else had any luck with their shipment? Has the person who contacted the FBI had any luck, do they need more victims to report their cases for them to take action? All despatches for those of you who do not know are being dealt with by the ever elusive Kathryn from Chicago tel: 773 583 1650, best of luck actually speaking to a person as the answerphone is permanemtly on. Lastly, would love to talk with others but don't know how to set up yahoo account, can anyone help?
