My family was moving to Scotland from Philadelphia, PA and made the mistake of using Dolphin. I'm not going to go into great detail since what needs to be said has already been eloquently stated by many others. The address I entered on this report was the one I have on file, even though Dolphin allegedly "moved" to a different location in Florida. I understand now they're operating out of Chicago? What does it matter...
If a class-action lawsuit is in the pipe-line, count me in; at least let's put these jerks out of business so no one else has to go through the same stress and b.s. that my family did. These clowns owe us over $1,000, not to mention that we were informed after not hearing from them for over 2 months that our belongings were "lost."
