Hi! I contacted the authorities today in highland police department (909)425-9795 Sergeant Finneran told her the situation and that my local authorities won't do anything. She then looked Donald Berry up and found out he had a previous criminal case in 2011 regarding the same thin criminal case#051102688 his birth date is 12/18/1960 his address is 28204 north shore road lake arrowhead CA 92352.She then advised me to call the twin peak station at (909)336-0600 which I did and am awaiting for a return call from sergeant Pineda. They told me that everyone would have to go through there local authorities as they do not take statements via phone or Internet .Sergeant Finneran thought that they may pursue this as he has done this before .I am hoping that persistence will pay off and keep calling them to put this POS in jail for fraud.I hope everyone else has gone to there local authorities and also pursue this route with sergeant Pineda until they arrest and charge Donald berry so he does not do this to anyone else.I was also scammed out of $5600 from this piece of sh* and am going to try everything to get him put behind bars!

This guy has FINALLY been flagged by Ebay, and he knew it was coming. He has a new website coming soon....registered on GoDaddy....get-a-spa.com. This guy has gotten away with his internet scams for so long, he's confident and won't quit taking YOUR money! Buyers beware of this new website. Also, if you bring suit against him, it becomes a civil matter, and with his bancruptcy, we'll never get our money. It has to become a Federal matter with regards to mail and wire fraud.
He may not be afraid of a lawsuit, as he told one victim, but how does Federal prison sound for this a@#%$#@!? So everyone he victimized, please start with your local law enforcement and also file complaints with your state and CA Attorney General's, US postal service, and FTC. There's also a website IC3.org that you can file a complaint on. It may take time, but I think he's atleast on their radar now. I have given up all hope of getting my 5k back, but I would rest easier nowing he's in prison.

Well........the second you dropped the money order in box....you were screwed. Ebay will not help in any way shape or form if you seek to process a payment such as a check or money order. And if he did file for bankruptcy then he probably used your funds to file. Sorry to hear about your loss.
