Donald and Charlotte Schneider rented a house to me in St. Ann, Missouri and went into foreclosure set for auction on October 26, 2009, @ 10:00 a.m expecting me to pay rent for a house they no longer have and refuse to refund my security deposit back.
They hung on the front and back door a flyer stating to vacate the premises or the sheriff will assist.
