For starters, Donald is nothing but your typical and average loan scammer. He peddles these high interest loans to small companies who have never even requested the assistance. The method he uses is not so typical. He send spam emails to leads he has scraped from local chambers and claims they 'are contacted for visiting his site'. He did this recently to my web developer and SEO guy. Seriously? You spammed an SEO expert? How retarded is that?
Anyway, my wed guy requested multiple times for removal from his list. I and my fellow members of the same chamber also received this spam, and requested it to stop as well.
Instead, this POS upped the spam and in each message, made it a point to blame us for "being on the receiving end". What makes him stupid is that he is replying with intimidation tactics to emails that have FTC trackers embedded on them, while bragging about his IP Tracking of the recipients. It's sad enough to be a lowlife scam artist, it is much worse to then attempt to blame the victims. Predators of all nature have the mentality of it being the victims fault for being there.
He has still continued to send this spam, even after multiple attempts to get him to stop. Flooding servers as retaliation for people not buying into your scam is pathetic. He claims it is our fault for "haters having to hate". I most certainly am a hater of scam and spam peddlers. There is little in this world as low as you, and you make further degrade real marketers like myself who live every day trying to make this profession better.

1.No one at this business has any score lower than 700, so your target market might need some adjustment. Whoever is developing your 'directory' is as full of s**t as you are.
2. You didn't just spam us once liar, you loaded our servers with dozens of spam emails which are all being reviewed by the FTC. Do I hate those who are worthless pieces of s**t and have to scam to make a living? Yep, guess that makes me a hater.
3. The review of a link sent to a person via a postcard is not justification for REPEATED spam solicitations. You will find from your impending fun experience with the FTC that you are still blatantly violating the CANNED SPAM law, and that claiming that "it was from our scraped directory" actually validates our complaint dumbass. Seriously, the complaint that you are scraping and contacting as a result is validated by your response.
4. We're not sure which call you are speaking of, ours was within a group who all clearly heard full mention of business name and the plea for removal (which you clearly ignored with the next 7 emails we each received)
Regardless, since you have apparently pissed off more than just our company with your shitty spam, you will almost certainly experience more fines from spamming other associated recipients.

Please keep in mind this gentleman is complaining about 2 eamils that were sent to him.
We are a “Factoring” company. We do not make loans. Rates start as low as 1.75% on factoring NET 30 invoices. Business owners with credit scores under 500, with history of Bankruptcies and tax liens can also receive funding DEPENDING upon their business’ Gross revenue. We will fund a business within 2 days.
OF COURSE people with 500 FICO scores will pay more for the money than someone with a 700+ score.
I received a call from this gentleman. He refused to tell me his name or the name of his business. He just ranted and cursed. I explained that if he wouldn’t give me the name of his businesses, I had no way of removing him from our database. He hung up.
The next day he replied to the email sent, again with ranting and threats. My reply was:

Sure. You were the person who called complaining but wouldn't tell me what your business name was so I could remove you.
While an entertaining phone call, the fact you apparently wanted me to read your mind to determine who you were was rather short-sided on your part and unfair to us.
Haters have to Hate, I suppose.
FYI, in the email that was originally sent to you had a tag in the link with this IP: 73.74.56.152
[Mon May 09 23:15:25 2016] [client 73.74.56.152] Naper Design | Web Design
Regardless, thank you for 'De-Cloaking"! (We don't want to bother you, plus it saves us money on printing and postage.)
We wish you and your family a healthy and happy 2016!

We send info in the US Mail to business we identify as potential customers. We reach out to specific types of business in specific geographical areas, based on trends.
We send out follow up emails, and each email has a link that they can click through to our web site, (such as this gentleman did).
I'm following up on information we sent in the mail to you, and others in the Glen Ellyn area, about our unsecured funding programs. Please see http://dterm.com/Naper Design | Web Design and SEO
We have an oversimplified tracking process. The directories in the links do not exist, and in our config.sys file we point all 404 Errors (Page Not Found) to our main page. Then we access our Error Logs and it shows the business name, time and date they click through as well as the IP address of the person that clicks through.
Our error log clearly shows from the email we sent to this gentleman that he clicked on the link:
[Mon May 09 23:15:25 2016] [client 73.74.56.152] Naper Design | Web Design
A lookup of the IP address (73.74.56.152) in the error log tracks back to Naperville to this gentleman’s computer.
What we do when someone shows an interest by clicking to visit our web site, we follow-up with a phone call and follow-up emails. In EVERY SINGLE FOLLOW-UP EMAIL WE HAVE:
-------------------------
We make every attempt to be a responsible marketer. If you would like to unsubscribe or Opt Out from the information we send in the US Mail and email follow ups, the easiest and fastest way is to simply respond to this email. You can also click here or call me directly at 954-647-3064.
--------------------------
The one thing this gentleman is right about is that we ARE different. EVERYONE who receives and email from us can CLICK ON A LINK, SIMPLY REPLY TO THE MAIL, or CALL ME DIRECTLY ON MY CELL PHONE to be removed from our database.
The statement that they have made multiple requests to be removed is both a lie and labial. To give this gentleman the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they have received Spam from other companies and confused them with ours.
After all, perhaps I was they only one to include my cell phone number? Spammers do that, right? Give a personal phone number so you won’t get spam from them anymore??
He received one email from me. He called and wouldn’t tell me who he was. Because he clicked through to our web site we sent him a 2nd email and made a phone call. His response is a rant & threats? For 2 emails? It would have only been 1 if he would have told me who he was.
Haters have to hate I guess…… Life is too short for this kind of BS.
