Donkey Motors ripoff dishonest & gives run arounds fraudulent business Las Vegas Nevada
we purchased a car from them. When i went to get the oil changed we found out that the plate that holds the oil filter inside the oil pan, was jb welded. i went to back to them and talk to Carlos, they gave me a run around.
then a few days later Carlos called me and told me to bring it in the next day, so i did. they were supposed to look at it but instead they made a hole in the oil pan with an air gun just to tell me that it was jb welded and that they would fix it if i was to pay for parts and labor.
they still have the car and it still is not fixed and i told them i would take legal action and they told me i could whatever, cause i was not getting my money back and they hung up on me.
