He is well known to go on week long benders of crack and pills and rampage, maybe he thinks it is dark and artistic. The only kind of artist he is, is a masterful con artist! Jim Cliffe is a compulsive liar, a fraud, fake and steals stories, watch and do not share any stories with this conniving, manipulative thief. He will take your plot and turn it into his own.

Jim Cliffe is the most drug addicted person I have ever met and he will do anything for money including steal stories and ideas, it is just what addicts do, they will lie, cheat and steal to get their fix. He is a psychopath and be careful not to talk to him too much because he will manipulate his way into your fold and take take take. Be aware of Jim Cliffe.
