We purchased a very high end mattress back in Feb 2007.

Their sales pitched was it will never sag, you will not need to rotate the bed, and it has 25year warrenty.

Mattress arrived maybe end of Feb 2007 to our new renovated master bedroom. We move in to new bedroom on May 2007. Slept great for couple months after that I was now back to waking up in the middle of the night. Then my back started ache more and more. We did notice now that our hi end expensive mattress was sagging and deformed. Note We are a slim and average couple.

Finally in Dec 2007 I took some time to call their customer service and they contracted mattress inspecter (Whom ended up coming @7pm Dinner for family 5 ). While this independent inspector was taking pictures and measuring the sag, it was completely visable that the bed has sagged drasticallyy in less 9 months. I discussed if the sagging was bad and his comment was that it looks pretty bad. My husband came home from work at the same time the inspector was measuring and asked for the images and he had decline, then we asked for a copy inspection paper and that he had to decline too ( HEY IT MY SAGGING MATTRESS).

After hoilday I called to follow up on my complaint to be told that my complaint was DENIED! Reason is the report says SAGGED 1 1/2 inches. and to be approved it must sagged 2 inches. I was completely dumbfounded.

When I asked for a supervisor this supervisor was not available and will leave a message. This is all I got for next 5 days and I am still waiting for someone repond. during the 5 days of calling, being on hold and saying DENIED, Your mattress must sag 2 inches and sorry our supervisor will get back to you, I have learn so much about what a ripp off company Dormia Inc aka Classic Inc

There is so much complaints from different sites and now I also hear it too becuase I have shared my experience to peers as well. They promote that their best are the best and their are Hi end mattress yet they do stand behind their products nor do they have a customer service to help their customer.

At this point I want FULL REFUND not a replacement mattress.

How dare they claim this on their website " Latex mattresses are naturally therapeutic and provide extraordinary orthopedic support. Inherently Impression Resistant, Latex mattresses last for years thout( misspelled on purpose??) sagging or taking on body impressions (no bed flipping is needed)".

What was this CEO talking about? Michael Zippelli, chief executive officer of high end luxury mattress "Our goal is for the (Dormia) brand to have meaning to the consumer" To me and my peers Dormia means Rip off.
