Time payment corp Ripped me off and ruined my credit after paying them on time for 7 years, when my lease was supposed to end in 5 years 16 New England Executive Park, Burlington, MA 018 MA
I was making timely automatic payments on a lease for almost 7 years when it was supposed to be payed off in 5 years and all equipement will be mine to keep then. Every time I called them up regarding this lease , they were lying and stalling and finally demanded i pay them $800.00 to end the lease. It was really frustrating dealing with these people and I was not getting anywhere with them , finally i put a stop payment on that account and tha tis when they started calling , harrasing and threatening me . They reported my account to the credit report agencies and ruined my excellent credit. They are a scam and the biggest ripoff company. I am in the prosess of hiring an attorney.

It seems you are not the only person in which this company did not honor any of their agreements with regarding leases ending. Because of there are over 100 Better Business Bureau complaint regarding all kinds of equipment from car mechnaic hoists to salon equipment. Every company that ever had an alarm system with them states that the equipment never works. I ask that every consumer file a complaint with their local tax offices. Because we are owed the money for taxes that they assessed to us that they did so in the name of paying them to state and county regulating offices and these tax authorities never received their money. I wrote my attorney general office as well.
