Dotty's #19 520 Marks St Henderson REFUSED SERVICE FOR USING CIG COUPONS RECEIVED IN PPURCHASE AT SAME STORE THE PREVIOUS WEEK AND THEN 86'd and had the police called on me. Henderson, Nevada Nationwide
After 6 months of weekly Sunday cigarette purchases at this store, I tried to redeem the coupons from the previous week's purchase and was made to wait and wait. Then told she'd rather not. When I insisted, she said "I Can Refused Service to antone" and called the police for me to leave. This was all on her and yes I got a little upset becasuse I was a regular customer, but, as she said, I was not a slot player and did not deserve any service. The store was primarily for the slot players convenience.
I called customer service Sunday, Monday and today, Tuesday with no response.
I suggest a Councilperson or Commissioner try to get ahold of Customer Serrvice and see how responsive they are to their customers.
If they are for gamblers only, as she said, then why are they even in business?
There model says 50% income from other sources, but that's not their training, they are trained as slot machine hosts.
Do not patronize this cheap cigarette source this is so selfish as to not care about its non-gaiming customers who allow it to have slot macheines by their non-gaiming purchases.
This is not a store with slots, this is a Slot Parlor and is run as such. The City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson and Clark County should review their practises versus licensing conditions and revoke their licenses.
All over not wanting to take a coupon? No. Over the attitude and training of their employees.

Funny how YOU claim THEY have an attitude yet we ALL KNOW that YOU threw a tantrum in the store!!! BOOHOO!!! Poor baby couldnt use a coupon!!! Get over it cheapskate!!!! If YOU want to be a deadbeat do it at home and NOT in public where YOU can fully embarass yourself!! Its people LIKE YOU that make working in retail SUCK so badly. YOU seem to think that the HUMAN BEING that YOU are dealing with is some form of robot that YOU can command. perhaps Henderson could use one less of YOU!! Dottys provides cheap smokes and all they ask is that YOU the customer drop a dollar or two into the machines. Its a SLOT PARLOR!!! NOT your personal abuse center. They DO have the right to refuse service to ANYONE for ANY REASON!!!! But they put up with a LOT of customer crap. So YOU had to go above and beyond in being a jacka$$ for them to throw YOU out. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ABUSE ANYONE!!!! If you need to kick a dog go kick yourself. No I dont work for them but I DO use their services as a cheap smoke shop. I have NEVER had a problem using coupons. Obviously YOU didnt qualify to use that coupon. So THEY couldnt do it no matter HOW MUCH you want it to happen. Take your crotchety ole rump and go hike to the lake. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ABUSE ANOTHER HUMAN BEING BECAUSE YOU DIDNT GET YOUR WAY!!!!
