Complaint Review: Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort - Scottsdale Arizona

I am a hilton honors member and cannot believe how I was treated by this hilton resort.

These employees here treated me terrible and the worst one was Leslie. They had a spy cam in my room which they were all watching and I did not authorize anyone to be see me naked and in the restroom. I am a human being and deserve the rights just as anyone else does. They charged 2 waters to my room that I did take - but how did they know? I did not leave the room the whole time nor did the maid, etc. enter the room during that entire day. Of course I was going to report them but they were already on my invoice.

The only employee that treated me like a human being was Jamal he is the only decent human being in this place. Other than that the steam room was not cleaned for 2 months. I was in there, saw the green on the walls, went back 2 months later it was still growing and I immediately left. When I went back there was a employee in there I didn't see before and he told me to go ahead and work out and don't worry about paying and that the regular girl wasn't there and then they tried to accuse me of stealing and not paying.

Was staying in the hotel again, shame on me, decided to try the gym again it was unattended, so I signed in so my room could be charged went to take a steam and it was turned up and I burned my hand on the door it was about 200 degrees and of course there was no attendant in there again. Steam filled the entire locker room. Very scarey. I called and he said "we'll give you your money back for the gym" like he was accusing me of stealing. I did not receive anything nice from this mishap.

Morning male gym attendant kept coming in the locker room when I was undressing - kept coming in there over and over again and didn't understand why I didn't want him coming in there - I consider this sexual harrassment by him and very illegal.

Obviously these employees don't want jobs or they don't want this hotel open anymore. They are like children at playtime here. They are all incapable of holding down a job and acting like a mature working person. I don't understand how anyone could treat anyone this way even if there was some gossip it doesn't matter. Every customer should be treated the same -they pay for the room just like every other customer. Especially when I was paying $180.00 a night for a room I should be treated very well despite anything else.

I ordered room service and ordered a pizza, had heart palpitations afterwards don't know what it seemed like it was poisoned. The gentlemen asked me "was your food good last night?" thinks he can intimidate me he was hispanic. That does not make me recommend eating the food at this establishment "it could happen to you too".

I was harrassed about my car being parked at the hotel, humiliated about what kind of car it was and treated like a child saying " I can't park my car there unless I am staying there". I have been renting a car from Avis for several months in a row and should be entired to park my car if I am paying for a rental car.

My phone was so full of statick I could not hear nor barely talk on the phone. The staff was aware of this.

These people are just proposterous and should all be fired including the gym personel. They shouldn't even be hired again by anyone because they might do this to another company.

There are plenty of people that would really appreciate jobs out there and would not harm the well-being of a company.

These people are a nuisance to any companies and need to have their employment teriminated. While they are in line at the unemployment office they can think long and hard about how they would feel if they were publically lynched and harrassed by companies when they are a paying customer.
