I used to be a part-time designer employee here. As a professional freelancer, I have the right to charge my clients with a fair price. I have connections to the best professionals in the art business, and I have consulted them many times about how much I should charge Douglas on designing a product. The flyers and Powerpoints I was designing were products to be sold in the future. So of course I had to charge what they were worth. I asked him three to four times for a raise, but he played pretend and refused to sign my contracts, commenting that he would "keep his promise on the 12-dollar an hour deal." However, he never kept his promise, and only provided me way less than what I've asked for. He then proceeded to tell me that I "was too expensive for a kid who is using friends and family to argue against him," when I was not-I had been citing professional indivuduals. He refused to view my list of professional connections. He told my manager that I am a "Pell Grant student who should be getting free money from the nation anyway." But I have explained that I am a U.S. Citizen and of a South Korean and part German background, and that a comment like that does not apply to me anyway. He is very narrow-minded about women, and comments on other ethnicities very offensively. When I asked him for the fourth time to leave time to speak with me and my agent, he first agreed to a time-but only reluctantly. But then when I told him the reason, he ignored the calls then waited for a few hours to say that he was "sick and stressed out." When we called to rearrange, he yelled at me, hesitated to listen to me, and told him that I was pestering him, when I was only politely speaking to him to negotiate on a fair deal. He also screamed and told me that I'm only a "pestering, inconsiderate kid who uses her friends."
He has no policy or standards set up for his company-it is a mess, and his other employees can back me up on how selfish, ignorant, and irresponsible he is, such as Frank, Jerry, Christine, and more. He once assigned me to proofread and edit his materials as well, and asked to send over font files to him. One week later, he lazed around and told me that he wouldn't do his part and pushed everything onto me, saying that he didn't want any changes to his badly written and edited script at all.He also lied to my manager that I signed a contract with him on the low pay, when I never signed one. I did send him invoices to receive biweekly pay, but they are not contracts. Also he did not keep his promise on sending me any remainder payments on my works. He uses his son and his divorce as an excuse for people to feel bad about him, but he is an inconsiderate individual who wants to open a business using his empoyees and doesn't do much of the work himself. He just sits around, takes as many breaks as he wants, and plays sick so he can sit at home and not do any of his work. He is rarely at his office and leaves whenever he wants to. His employees do overwork for him, and I honestly feel bad that these men have not realized that they are doing so little work for so little compensation.

Hi, I am P. L., the designer for Birthday Pamper and Prep. I have never had negative feelings towards Douglas Bader. Yes, he refused to sign a contract with me in the beginning and did mistreat me sometimes, but I had no complaints at all, because hey what do you expect in a business, you know? The person who has filed this report is impersonating me. I request that this report be put down immediately. Again, I did not post this report. I enjoyed my time being at BPP, even though I wish Douglas improved more in terms of his responsibility. This report is not entirely false, but I do not wish for anyone to defame him, using MY story. Thank you. As more proof, my email will tell you enough.
