I recieved a home equity loan from Aegis six months ago, and they subcontracted Dovenmuehle Mortgage in Schaumberg, Illinois. After a month, the loan was bought by First Horizon. I got a letter from FH, informing me to discontinue payments to Dovenmuehle. I called Dovenmuehle, and they rep. confirmed that the loan had been sold. I began faithfully making payments to my new lender, when a month later, I recieved another invoice from Dovenmuehle. Soon after that, I started getting threatening, nasty calls from Dovenmuehle collection department. They refused to listen to reason. I called over and over to Dovenmuehle, and was passed from one person to the next, without any luck. I then noticed a late payment report on my credit report! I called the new lendor, First Horizon, and conferenced them in to a rep. from Dovenmuehle. The Dovenmuehle rep. finnally agreed I no longer need to pay Dovenmuehle, and promised to stop billing me, stop the collection calls, and reverse my

adverse credit report. None of this happened. I wrote a registered letter, and even though I have evidence that they recieved it, I recieved no response to the questions in the letter. The bills keep coming, month after month, and now my credit rating is down the tubes. I tried to re-finance my home to get a better rate, but was turned down because of Dovenmuehle's screw up. When I try to call the President, William Mynatt, or the VP, David Allison, they refuse to put the call through. I have had a good credit rating all my life, and this incompetent company has ruined it. I am embarrased, upset, and losing sleep over this, and I really don't know what else I can do. I guess I have no choice but to get a lawyer involved.

David, This company is both totally inept and dishonest. They were responsible for putting three false foreclosures on my credit report, and I never had a loan with these crooks. The employees are trained to transfer you from one department to the next, none of them are qualified to correct mistakes. This company has a reputation of shuffling loans from one of their front company to the next, thus creating confusion, then they move in to steal your equity or your home. I also tried to speak with the same clowns you are trying to speak to, but the employees won't let you converse with these two little chickens. I finally had to contact the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Banking/Consumer Services, @ 122 S. Michigan Avenue, Suite 1900 Chicago, Illinois 60603 Telephone:(312)793-3000 This is the State agency who issued this corrupt mortgage company their license. Good luck in dealing with these scumbags, for QCWEN and Dovenmuehle Mortgage are in the same can of worms.
