DownloadNova; Reality Porn Pass; Prolast; Viaty SL I am being charged for something Download Nova assured wouldn't happen! Internet
I purchased a download from DownloadNova, which they said I had a one-time charge of $4.87. They also said that I had to go to an adult site to purchase it, on their trial, for security reasons. They assured me more than once on the DownloadNova site for purchasing the download, that I would not get billed for more than the initial they said, which was $4.87, and wouldn't be billed more than that, the trial period, on Reality Porn Pass. I should have followed my instinct that something was wrong with that, but did it anyway.
I went to Reality Porn Pass, and paid for their trial period, of $4.87. All this was on July 30, 2008. I got on DownloadNova, and am a member, after doing the above. I had some questions, including I wanted to be reasurred that I wasn't going to be charged anything more from them or Reality Porn Pass. I didn't get a reply, even though they said they have 24/7 support. I had other questions with DownloadNova, and I have not heard from them yet, and it is Aug. 5, 2008! I went on my account with DownloadNova, and it STILL says that my account is being processed, but if I had any questions, to contact the support team. I can't get ahold of them at all! Or they are ignoring my questions.
Today, Aug. 5, 2008, I found on my bank card, that Reality Porn Pass took out $39.73! And that they would do this every month! What I have is a debit card, and I had only enough money for the trial period, which they took out, and was fine. It bounced my checking account!
I have tried to contact DownloadNova, but not getting any response, and no other way to contact them but through their team support on the site. I have tried to contact the people who took out the $39.73 from my debit card, and I keep getting Mickey-moused around, which is Prolast, and on another confirmed email, it said I was being billed by Viaty SL. I don't know if Prolast and Viaty SL are the same company.
I have been trying to cancel Reality Porn Pass, so I don't get billed for another $39.73.
I highly recommend people to NOT get DownloadNova, which started this whole mess! It would be nice if they would contact me, as well as Reality Porn Pass. I left numerous emails for Reality Porn Pass, but nothing from them yet.
I am NOT a happy camper.

I wrote the complaint this morning, and just got an email that Reality Porn Pass has taken me off their subscription, but they said in the mail that i won't be billed next month, but will have access to it till then. I called the number they gave, and I asked why they aren't cancelling the whole thing NOW. I don't want this site open for a month! The gal talked to someone and said it is taken off now, and they will reimburse me for what was on my card today, the $39.73, but it will take a few weeks for that to take effect, which i do know that happens with companies. So, anyone who is having problems, so far, I don't have one now. I will let you know next month if I continue to have problems.
