Your deductable is your's to pay unless your INSURANCE COMPANY waives it. It is technically fraud if your repair shop waives the deductable.
1st do not complain about the repair shop not waiving the deductable.
2nd Call your insurance company and tell them POLITELY that you are unhappy with the repairs that were not done correctly, detail briefly what is wrong and stress that a used tire probably means other problems you cant see. Stress that you fear for your safety because of the shoddy repairs.
At this point your insurance company will probably send out an adjuster to look at the car. Be nice to him, he is just a paper pusher. Tell him you want the repairs evaluated by another independent shop due to your safety fears.
This will take time, will involve several frustrating and pointless steps. At the end of each step ask how long the next step will take and don't bother anyone until that date has passed.
Now we hope the insurance company will hold the idiot's at the original shop responsible and fix it correctly.
