Dr. Bass LLC MJS Services I paid for a speaker cabinet in full months ago and it was never sent to me. Company avoids my calls and emails. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
I paid Dr. Bass LLC (Aka MJS Services with PayPal) $459.00 on October 16th 2009 for a bass speaker cabinet and accessories. Today, February 6th 2010, I still have not received the cabinet.
I spoke to Marc Serio (owner/operator of Dr. Bass LLC) on or around November 9th 2009. I was promised it would be shipped in approximately two weeks. That was three months ago.
Also, I have not received the refund I had requested on January 19th 2010, and that Marc Serio had promised to send me.
Marc will not return my emails and will not answer or return my calls. I have since purchased a cabinet from another company and no longer have any use for a Dr. Bass cab.
I would like my money back from Dr. Bass LLC.

I received my bass speaker cabinet on Monday March 30th. Case closed.

After discussing this with the purchaser, his cabinet was shipped on 3/25/10 and received on 3/29/10. I consider this matter closed.
