Don't let the good looking picture of Dr. Chamberlain fool you into coming to his office. Don't let the pretty website distract you either. What counts is "word of mouth" and his reputation which is really falling under "VERY BAD DENTISTRY and HORRIBLE COSMETIC INJECTIONS"! He is a CROOK! Three different people and I (and others) have now become VICTIMS of this Dentists BOTOX SCAM! He will give you botox injections in your face for $8.50 per unit and then he expects you to use his dentistry services afterwards. He has only been in business less then 3 years in Clearwater. He is incompetent and has no knowledge of the muscles in the face other then using the Allergan Botox Injection Template.

It's true from the questions the other victims also had asked Dr. Chamberlain and his office manager Heather. He will tell you $8.50 per unit and then his assistant Danielle will come back with an astronomical quoted figure to inject your face and forehead. I have never had more then 20 units injected into my forehead and he said I had needed 40 units. That was not even my crows feet. I paid him $340. After his injections my forehead was infected and disfigured from him injecting into the WRONG muscles and being non-sterile. I went back to see him and wanted answers. My big mistake was having a dentist inject me in the 1st place.

He is allowed to give the injections as long as he is a doctor but he is not schooled or certified. He goes by a chart only and that is where he disfigured my face. I had to go to the ER and get an antibiotic and steroids. My left eyelid has dropped and is drooping and hangs, I have lost some vision in my left eye, my forehead feels extremely heavy and my arches in my eyebrows went flat straight-lined. He wanted to do more injections and clean the site and (get this) he wanted me to pay him more money. I had already dished out $340 for my 6 - 8 months of disfigurement and possibly even having it as being permanent. He just walked out of the room and that's the end of how he solves a problem!

Please DO NOT let this dentist inject your face! I even canceled my dental appointments because if this is how he performs cosmetic injection services then I also would NEVER trust him doing any regular or cosmetic dental services on me or my family and or friends. Do you know how dirty this place was? Word is getting out and now people are realizing that this dentist has set up a SCAM and practices doing very bad cosmetic and dental work. He OVERCHARGES for his dental services also. He wants $180 per tooth surface for bonding so multiply that x 5 surfaces of a tooth and you would be paying for the price of a crown. Don't fall for his free exam, xrays and cleaning either. He will then charge you $$89 for the services when you can go to any other dental industry and have those  services done for free and then pay for anymore needed fillings etc.

He is very arrogant after he has already gotten your money he will not accept responsibility. You will sign a statement before you have your injections saying that his services are not guaranteed or he is responsible. I have attached some of the photos to see for yourself. DON'T LET THIS PRETTY BOY GUY SWAY YOU! You will wish that you had listened to people who have had extremely bad services done to them by this unknowledgeable and ARROGANT DENTIST!
