I am Frank Gunzburg. The material is published and distributed by Breakthroughlearninginstitute.com which is an independent company. I have never known a time when they did not honor a refund request. On rare occasion I receive an email or phone call from someone who did not receive a refund and the publisher resolves the situation very quickly--typically in less than 24 hours. Reasons: the email was sent to "junk" or "spam" mail, or the customer sent the request to the blog service rather than to the publisher, or the customer misspelled the email address, or the customer did not clearly ask for a refund. There was a short time when the publisher's software was not functioning properly, but fortunately, that was caught pretty quickly and of course was repaired. If the person who registered the complaint has still not been refunded his money, please have him contact me directly and I will forward his information to the publisher and have this taken care of promptly.
