Between the dates of 2009 to present 2018 I commissioned an oral surgeon in collusion and collaboration with Dr. Gary Padgett DDS to perform not only surgery but to install/build, construct, rehabilitate   bone construction, (upper), complete set of dental implants, a total of 14 screws was installed and dentures upper and lower.

After almost 2 years of healing from bone surgery at implant healing Dr. Padgett and the oral surgeon in collusion and collaboration. as well as a Ga manufacture of dentures to complete the contract of installing too agreed specifications a set of implant dentures uppers and lowers. Both the surgeon and dentist together with me went and had a  MRI done on my head in frontal and side views. The dentures that I had previously paid for uppers and lowers were used for positioning of the screws.

Dr. Padgett in his office made impressions of the upper and lower bone structure in my mouth. He also used my previously paid dentures, (from another dentist) for this procedure.

Having had a length of time for healing of the implant screws under sedation in the oral surgeon’s office which is within a couple of miles of the dentist it was his, (dentist) idea to install the dentures at one sitting while under sedation. Unfortunately for me there was a high blood pressure problem in which that procedure was never completed.

Later in Dr. Padgett’s office the healing caps were removed and a new set of dentures were attached to the previously installed screws. Of course the dentist did minor adjustments for the bite. I was told that this is/was the best denture material available; of course it should have been for $15,500 dollars

It was not two weeks when, the bottom teeth started breaking out. Of course that necessitated for the bottom to be taken out completely and be sent off for refitting and re-configuring. Of course another impression was taken as I was told the whole bottom would be renewed or built new.

So that was the beginning of numerous times that either the upper or the lower dentures had to be removed, refitted repaired or new impressions made.

This procedure has gone on, on average of every six months since the beginning. For proof the dentist even tried to charge me $2300 for my records in which he was nice enough to show that there were 42 separate times that either the tops or the bottoms were either remade, new impressions, were mated by mouth. (Information from his Ga. manufacture)

There was no charge for this up until the last year. After the top denture front cracked all the way through front teeth broke out four of them, large chip right top are now evident.

On the bottom, I was told by Dr. Padgett, that the oral surgeon put in the lower rear right screw receptacle at a crooked angle which is incorrect. Just that alone broke off part of the denture in the lower right along with the tooth. Next comes on the left side lower. Whole three teeth broke out; round to the lower left since there was no attachment to hold the denture in due to the fact that there is no implant to hold it. Dr. Padgett wanted $500 to correct this problem in which I’ve already paid for in the original contract. I did pay him something, that was until two weeks later the whole bottom left that he had just replaced completely broke out of my mouth and I almost swallowed it.

I attempted by numerous governmental agencies, to have the dentist and the surgeon do their job as paid for. Unfortunately every governmental agency in the state of Florida has either covered up whitewashed or refused to do anything worthwhile.

I contacted on many occasions in writing to have these two mainly the dentist to correct their poor workmanship and to deliver what was contracted. A FULL SET OF IMPLANT DENTURES AS AGREED BY CONTRACT.  YES, oral contracts are legal in the state of Florida. They, (government agencies) have refused in no uncertain terms, to give any aid. Of course they are relying on the statute of limitations in such work medically.

I have been threaten to be sued if I kept up trying to get justice.

Unfortunately, if one was to use common sense there is a difference in medical work and mechanical work. Surgery of course comes under medical work of re-building my upper mouth with my own bone. Mechanical work physical material if you will comes under the implementing of screws, dentures, and related material, as in actuality it has nothing to do with anything medical, except in some lawyers mind.

In Florida many years ago the state implemented a law called Florida sunshine law if memory serves me. It has to do with mechanical and physical work performed by bona fide licensed mechanics and material. Since, making impressions, dentures, screws and related material is mechanical the statute of limitations will not hold water,

So now to the bottom line, since the federal government, FBI will not investigate “Elderly Fraud”, reason stated was that I did not have vast numbers of humans to make the complaint and it was less than millions of dollars they would not even allow me to file a complaint much less investigate.  So much for federal laws protecting it legal citizens,

Also since the State of Florida and its agencies have literally refused to do any meaningfully investigation I am reduced to this form of complaint.

Dr. Padgett is also in possession of my upper denture which I had previously paid cash for from another dentist. He has refused to return it in good condition or at all. Typically what a petty thief does.

If I can get a number of complaints against Dr Padgett DDS I will be happy to pursue Elderly Fraud, a class one felony charge, restitution of spent money, a $500,000 fine, loss of license, and jail time.
