Dr. Jason Fritzhand of NYU Langone is a talented scam artist and benefactor of internal referral fraud. I was referred to him from another doctor within the NYU Langone system. I was in Dr. Jason Fritzhand's office for less than 10 minutes and he did not offer me treatment. He was unable to and had to send me to another doctor. That of course didn't stop him from charging me $1,000.00 for literally less than 10 minutes of his time.

My insurance covered $700 of it, so that was helpful, but I was still left to pay $300. I make $10 an hour and some quick math will let you know I earn $400 a week, gross. After the government runs through grubby paws through my paycheck I am left with less than $300 per week. So here i am, having to work all week to pay for ten minutes of Dr. Jason Fritzhand's time, who may I remind you, didn't treat me. I ended up getting treatment elsewhere, and not surprisingly, their bill never reached $300. Funny how that works out, isn't it?

After he and his office papered me with invoices and threatened collections, I had no choice but succumb to this bully disguised as a doctor and pay. It's cool, I didn't feel like eating that week. Avoid this quack at all costs. Be weary of NYU Langone as a whole. There are a couple good doctors tucked away in their mafia, but on the whole they are emblematic of the woes of the current medical system in America: overpaid, incompetent, unbeatable. All we can do is spread the word about people like Dr. Jason Fritzhand. Enjoy my money, a**hole!
