Dr. Jeffery Rempala, Frontenac Dental Group ripoff, inferior dental work, refusal to refund money Frontenac Missouri
This man started a long term dental plan with me knowing he would soon be undergoing back surgery.
He performed dental work on me with his hands shaking so badly he could barely hold any of the implements. I believe he was on narcotic meds.
He performed dental work on me without giving me anything for pain. This man falsely advertises that he's specializes in cosmetic dentistry when there is no cosmetic dentistry specialty in Missouri. That is in violation of the Missouri Dental Board statutes. I've found other statutes he's also violated.
He's messed up my 8 anterior crowns twice, redid them once. I can't chew or talk properly. I'm constantly biting my lower lip & my teeth hit when they shouldn't. I have an open bite & can't even touch my teeth together in places. I asked for a refund of my $6,000.00. He refused.
He offered to redo 4 of the 8 that are messed up. I'd have to be brain dead to let him touch me again. He does not know what he's doing & should have his license revoked.
I filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office. They've asked him to refund my money. He refused. I've filed a complaint with the Missouri Dental Board which is supposedly reviewing my complaint which may take up to a year.
In the mean time I've had my dental work & bite evaluated. When I get the report I'll be looking to file a lawsuit not only against Dr. Rempala but also against the Missouri Dental Board if possible because they gave the moron a license.
