I performed remote customer support for this client for a month. Cleaned PC more than 6 times. Started June 28th 2015. This client is a continious user "porn sites and dating sites", so I wanted to (at best) give him friendly customer support just to help keep problems with security and virus issue to a minimum.
I remote into his computer using Team viewer to assist in cleaning the junk files (Cache), malicious programs and viruses of his PC.
I clearly stated to this client to delete all the favorites and bookmarks off the browsers on his pc because they keep looping him back to the same malicous locations. He clearly stated no because alot of them he uses continiously.
When it was time to make a payment of $68.90 for 3 remote services. He clearly stated, "Well my problem isn't fixed".
I told him you will not listen to and do what I instruct you to do! You have to delete that stuff off your computer.
Then he got upset because I told him to stop visiting those porn and hooker sites, also delete that all that junk off his computer.
He do not want to pay me for my remote services I offered him on numerous occassions when he's the one that clearly causes the problem.
