none of the coupons code, I found when clicking on dr leonards coupons, worked. They were out of several items I wanted to order. They advertise, buy one item $6.99 additional items $5.99. This was on soft knit thermals, I ordered 1 top and one bottom for women. I did the same for men. The lady said each piece was $6.99, I told her additional items after the first item were $5.99. She informed me that, you had to order the exact item, like 2, women's tops, she said that's what additional items meant. Now who wants 2 tops, and no bottoms! So she charged me $6.99 on all 4 items. They are advertised in their catolog, with a picture, all my 4 items are in the same picture together. It doesn't make sense. You have to make a separate order for items in the catolog, items and pamphlets they send you when you receive items you already ordered. Thus you get to pay another shipping fee! When, they advertise"free shipping", they make you pay, a handling fee and a priority shipping fee, and its not priority shipping, it doesn't get to you any quicker. Their is no such thing as free shipping at Dr Leonads, but they still advertise free shipping, on their catolog front page,and their clearence advertising pamphlets and in their coupons (that never work) you find on internet! People that take your order, not very well informed, and not very nice. It took me about 1 1/2 hours, at least to complete my order, because of all the things I wrote about today! I am completely frustrated with Dr Leonards way of conducting business! Shoppers beware!
