I am the person who wrote the above posts about Payman Simoni. The posts are inaccurate.

Here Simoni says that the malpractice judgement was really about a car accident, but in small claims court, he said it was a dispute over fees with a patient of his.   And if you get the court records in LA, you will see that it was in fact a medical malpractice case.  The woman was asking for all her money back.  If it was just a dispute over fees, why would she ask for all of it back?  Was she under the impression Simoni was doing surgery for free?

Simoni does great work. Trying to ruin someones rep is a terrible thing to do. I went to him for my surgery and it turned out great.

He claims that I am blackmailing him, but this is a crime. Why haven't you filed a police report, Simoni?  And he has variously given the amount that I am supposedly blackmailing him as $100K and a "a few thousand".  Big difference.  So which is it Simoni?  I would think you would know how much you are being "blackmailed" for.  And what about your first lie, that I am a former employee who stole drugs from you?  I guess you have abandoned that one, since I found out you used that same lie on 2 other women who gave you negative reviews.

Valerie Swan has done this to many people.  If you google her name you would realize her crooked background.  to check what our patients saying about Dr Simoni.  Check our website http://www.drsimoni.com and visit testimonial. 

We have initiated an investigation in to your blackmailing incident.  That is how we found out about your court procedding with the other physicians you had encounter with.

Your paper and legal trail are all over.  you can not run away.  That is why you are relying on these cheap tricks and hiding your name. 

Don't worry, the law will get to you on time.  Don't be so inpatient.  You lost to the other victims in court. the history has a funny way of repeating it self.

The medical board will only post information on malpractice judgements if the doctor
has more than 4 in a 10 year period and they are over $30K.  That is why Simoni's malpractice judgement is no longer listed there.  But I spoke to the woman who successfully sued him. 

He hasn't named the 12 doctors I have supposedly scammed, and he just copies something off the internet rather than give any evidence against me.  And Simoni, if I have blackmailed 12 doctors, why haven't any of them, including you, called the police?  Because it never happened.  You cannot believe ANYTHING this man says.

First you keep changing your name in this or other sites. you have scammed other physicians under different names.  Look under the title

When you tell people give me money or I ruin your reputation that is called scam. Google your name and scam together you will get your answer as how your action is scam or blackmail.

example of names of other victims are Dr Commons and dr Chang. You were not able to collect any money by blackmailing them what makes you think you can get a penny from Dr Simoni.

Get an honest job or psychiatric help.

I checked out this physician's review with the California Medical Board and he has no malpractice suits past or present - Sounds to me that you need to just either make a report to the Board or stop this nonsense

Simoni - put up or shut up.  Name the 12 doctors and name the supposed scam.  Posting a negative review of a bad doctor is not a scam, it is a moral duty for the public good. 

This man just can't stop lying.  Simoni- name the dozen doctors I have supposedly scammed, and say exactly what the supposed scam was. 

Notice that he never says my name, he just uses initials.  That is because if he said these things with my name that he would be subject to a defamation suit because everything he has said about me is false.  I challenge Simoni to state my full name and say exactly who these 12 doctors are and how I supposedly scammed them.  Now you will see who is lying. 

Simoni is truly a pathological liar.  I spoke to the woman myself and I know she was a patient of his.

Nice try. that was not a malpractice judgment.  It was a personal money dispute in small claim court over a car accident involving company's car and an employee driver.  Dr Simoni has no malpractice judgment.

Even though Simoni has been in CA a short time, he already has a malpractice judgement against him.  You can see it on the Los Angeles County website but you have to pay for it, so I have copied and pasted it here:

Not the best way to correct your sloppy mistake. 

First you had a problem with fat transfer, then you totally forgot and it was a nose job. 

Now you are representing other people. 

Stop using a foul language,  You just revealed yourself.  Yo are digging yourself deeper with every post.

We have just googled this individual's info.  She has done this to at least three other poor physicians.  Search this person's name and see for yourself.  I rest my case. 

I never blackmailed Simoni, he is just making that up, like he made up the lie about me being a former patient who stole drugs from him.  When he saw my negative posts about him, he called me and threatened me with physical harm if I didn't remove them.  I told him I wanted compensation for my injuries and he said he wouldn't even discuss that with me unless I removed the posts.  I was afraid of him and I believed that he would send someone to harm me, so I removed them.  I called the police and them about his threats.  I then told Simoni I removed the posts, and he put me in touch with his insurance company, but they have been giving me the run around. And to respond to his ridiculous comment,  models who have thin thighs don't have HOLES in the back of their thighs so bad that it hurts for them to sit down. But that is what Simoni did to me.  

This person has tried to blackmail us.  She has threatened to pay her $100,000 or she would go all over the internet to ruin our reputation.  Be aware, this sounds like the new form of mafia hood. 

Her claims are false, baseless, and malicious. To prove our point, if her claims were true she would have had a lawsuit against Dr Simoni.  But Dr simoni has two active licenses without even single malpractice claim.  Moreover, if having little fat on thighs would cause functional problems; all models would have to run around on wheelchairs. 

We are pursuing this person legally for her unlawful blackmailing.  For all readers out there, it is important to understand that as wonderful as internet could be, it could also be dangerous.  Anyone can make a claim without any need to validate their claim. 

The best way to evaluate a physician is through state licensing sites that control and authenticate their contents.
