Dragonfly Dreamers Returned shoes per there policy on August 1st and never received refund

Bought shoes on line with facebook on July 6, 2018, returned per there policy of getting permission first, on August 1st. Have not received credit on my account as of Sept 20th after many e-mail with a jiazel Castardo.
Jiazel always replies that it has been sent to there accounting Dept but won't give me a place to respond to or phone number. Not sure what I may do next. The shoes cost $33.96 and it cost me $16 to return to a Canada address.
