We went into contract with DREAMCATCHER CONSTRUCTION & CONTRACTING, LLC FERNANDO LLERAS JR, PRESIDENT

Since we foolishly paid in full Fernando Llernas, we have little recourse! Fixing the damage to the pool and deck alone is going to be costly.
He had non-licensed men working for him and they did something wrong with the plumbing to the pool and built the deck around the pool so poorly that it was coming up as of last summer and he still has not come by to rectify it. We have had to employ someone else at our own expense.
He's always requesting cash. We did not like that but we did go along with it reluctantly...
When the central air conditioning did not work the beginning of this summer they totally distanced themselves from the issue ... and their sub contractor was no bargain either .(Cooper-Wilkin AC--- 1.718.978.4168) I made 3 appointments and they did not show, each time I called Gloria (dispatcher I assume) ... gave me some outlandish excuse when, in fact she did not remember speaking to me the day before.
Finally we made an appointment and I expressed to her that if they did not come I would have to call someone else ... her response, "You do what you have to do." So it was no surprise when they did not show up)..

yes, we have had an atrocious experience with Fernando Llernas of Dream Catcher Construction. They lie and do not honor the contract but they sure took our money fast. Do NOT pay in full until you are satisfied. We had a small job and they managed to screw that up and did not come back to fix it. We would NOT recommend him at all.
With reason, I must agree with them ... and there are oters on Craig's list and on here.

It appears that Dream Catcher was so reputable, that it is now "out of Business". I guess he could NOT stand up to the scrutiny. The proof is always in the pudding.

This person must be confused with someone else.We never installed a pool for anyone and have no idea what they are talking about.
