Complaint Review: Drive Financial Services - Dallas Texas

This company is full of nothing but liars i had an insurance check that they were supposed to sign and send back I NEVER SIGNED IT and they cashed it and then repod my car.

To James, and to others who find themselves dealing with this company. You stated you had your own lawyer contact them, and still they remained silent to the letters. We need a nation wide law suite against Drive Finanical Services because of the fact they are doing this to everyone in every state in the union. Since they feel safe under the fact of state to state juridistion then this should become a National Consumers issue if there is any such thing. If not there needs to be so that companies such as Drive if they violated more than 200 customers and it crosses state lines, it should be a serious crime because of mass consumers to whom are being defrauded. The Credit Burear isn't much help because they allow the companies to put in writting and undermind the consumers rights to prove history. I believe a Nation Consumers against illegel business practices and harassments should be a number 1 focus to remind those companies that they are nothing without us...the consumers. Until that moment happens sue them, force them to explain to a judge why they mailed you a reject letter but stills demands monies. Let's remind them we still have fight in us, and we are not dumb. I have been through the exact same thing. I bought a car and made the first three payments. When I received the fourth payment, I also received a letter from Drive Financials Headquarters telling me my credit had been turned down. CREDIT TURNED DOWN AFTER DRIVING THE CAR FOR THREE MONTHS. They have already effected my credit bringing my credit score down twice already. I have contacted my attorney and he has sent letters to them and they don't even contact him. They continued to call me at my house and work. They have even called my EX mother-in-law and EX sister-in-law. These people are nuts!

Here is an update....Case # 610025 of the Stanislaus county, located in Modesto California...this case was started by Drive themselves, however, we are filing an Order to Show Cause for the mere fact of violation of Title 15 was imposted by Drive. Since no one can contact each other here on ripoff report, head on over to Modesto, look into this case, in that case, you will find after we file our Order, you will see our contact phone number, to which we can then help each other to file the class action lawsuit here in California that has been long over due. The more information and clients, the better to prove that there is not such things as consequences. Sad to say that most of the information that you attempted to give to me so to join a class act against drive was not allowed in the system. This is not as open forum as it could be because Ripoff Report is too afaird of unlawfully act that would violate other privacies and rights. However, we could set a meeting in public in Modesto Ca in the future if your serious. If there is a will there is a way, and this I know that for a fact. My sister's suit is near completion, and her case file is at record at the Modesto courthouse in the clerks office. Case # 610025. We are going to file a Order to Show Cause so to ask permission of the courts to advantage to a Civil Class Action lawsuit. If you come to the court to see the pubic records, you will gain our address, phone and contact to which we can then decided if we should move forward with more people to this case. This is up to you. Since this is public knowledge, I see no reason for Ripoff Report not allow this letter to not be posted since I allow such knowledge to also be know. I also know that under Title 5 USC 552 is also Freedom of Information Act, to which I request under such title that this be also allowed, because my knowledge to such laws are all of our rights to request. I would love to file a classaction suit. I have had several problems with drive. Im not sure how this company can stay in business. Please contact me so that we can get this class action suit going.
