Drive Financial Services - Drive Auto Financial Services Company ripoff I have been making my payments every month I have been having proublems with them, Dallas Texas
Well proublems started 02//04 last yr. they called and said they were missing some payments, and I ask which one's and all fax you my bank statments to prove I paid, well it went that way for a while they called every day to much!
Then in 12/04 proulblem's started to get worse I would talk to different people every time and no one new what was going one, once I gave them a confurmation code and they told me it went to some one else acct. of course I ask them to fix it, that was a joke because they did'nt and they said they wase'nt going to and last 2/04 I made 2 payments plus interest because I was behind than and than only and they put it to the princable so at that time we were still behind,and not only that but they have a different amount that I paid them in Feb 04. than just resist.
I noticed that the last yr some money out of my bank acct. was missing and you wont belive what I found out around the first of the month is when I usally make a payment, but I also found out that they have Drive Auto Car Pay, which I never gave them auth. for them to take out any money out, only the money when I called them.
So this whole time aleast this last yr 1/04 to now 9/05 they have been getting doulble payments, I talked to them the other day and now there saying my husband or I has never, never made one payment on this car so today is 10/13/05 thur going to try to repo, and they called my husband and said that they where a peace officer and they where going to put a warrant out on him because we wont give the car up. because where not late or any thing. They are mean people and rued and darn right nasty to are family, I't would be my pleasure to take them to court and maybe I can get some of my money back and everyone else too. their not a company I want to do buisness with but right now I dont have a chorse.
They are very mean people and don't now how to conduct business

To whom It may Concern, Be careful they are a rifoff company after three years now they deside that we'll behind on payment's and we have tryied everything to make them happy like give them bank statmemnts and etc from the bank I went back three years to show that I did and to show that I paid evan more that what they ask for now. they what the car back now, they also called my husband at WORK and false being Peace Officer we could not belive it they are so curked so now there calling me they think I'm going to give them auth. to talk to our bank I dont think so I now so . so be careful they have been trying alot of these to many to mention but do fill free to e-mail and yes I want to be involed and take them to court.
