DRIVE FINACIALDRIVE FINACIAL DRIVE FINANCIAL SOLD ME FORD TAURUS NOT EVEN FULLY LOADED AT 19,000 SCEWED ME WITH 480.00 A MONTH WOULD NOT LOWER THE COST FOR THAT CHEAP CAR!!! DALLAS Texas

I had purchased a car with 1500.00 dollars down . When you need a car you try to work with what you have. The car was going to be in my husband's name.Howerver Drive Financial said no that the car place needed to put the car in my name . I informed them that I did not even work .They said it would be okay drive financial could to take care of it . We then had to take the only car they would give us "we did not pick our car ".They said we would be given a a 2006 Ford Taurus no power lock , sunroof ,leather seats nothing . Drive Financial then said I could be appoved.Well they appoved me alright for 19,000.00 dollars . My monthly payments were 480.00 dollars . I finally got tired of over paying for a car that was not worth it and told them lower payments or take the car . They did not lower payments so they took the car . Well they sold the car and have not changed the title so now the person who is driving it got it towed and it it is my name . Drive Financial has messed up my credit I had to get another car from our friend . I would like to file a class action lawsuit if possible .

ANOTHER ONE TALKING ABOUT A CLASS ACTION SUIT! WHAT GROUNDS WOULD YOU SUE ON? NOTHING IN YOUR REPORT IS ILLEGAL EXCEPT MAYBE THE PEOPLE THAT BOUGHT THE CAR COULD POSSIBLY SUE OVER THE TOWING SITUATION. NOW "When you need a car you try to work with what you have." WHY WOULD YOU NOT PICK OUT A CAR YOURSELF & HOW DID YOU NOT HAVE A CHOICE? YOU HAD A CHOICE TO WALK OUT & GO TO ONE OF THE HUNDREDS OF DEALERSHIPS IN YOUR STATE. BY THE WAY, I LOVE HOW YOU AGREED TO THE TERMS, THEN LATER DEMANDED THAT THEY LOWER THE PAYMENTS! THATS CLASSIC! THE ONLY RIP OFF IS YOU AGREEING TO THE DEAL & THEN BAILING BECAUSE YOU DIDNT HAVE NEGOTIATION SKILLS & WERE NOT SMART ENOUGH TO TAKE SOMEONE THAT DOES.

It's funny you wait until AFTER you get the car to complain to Drive and tell them to lower the price. You should not have signed the contract if you did not agree to pay the payments on the vehicle. Second, that was your naivety that you paid 19,000 for a ford taurus. I'm assuming this is your final cost with interest? Because anyone in their right mind (finance companies) would not purchase a 19k ford taurus from the dealership... So, this is where the dealership and yourself are to blame... Them for charging you 19k for the taurus, and you for going for it. Also, Drive Financial is the bottom of the barrel lending... If Drive won't finance you, no one else will. And also, ask any dealership, they will run your credit through EVERYONE else before they will Drive because they have to sell the vehicles to us at a major discount because most of 60 percent of our vehicles end up being repoed, because we finance the people no one else will... So start taking responsibility for your bills and financial obligations, and maybe next time you won't be denied by every other finance company and have to settle for Drive Financial.
