I bought a 2001 New Beetle. It was 14000.00 and I put 4000.00. My loan was then 11000.00. Not sure why. Anyway I had never received a payment book, or a paper bill. I had no idea who my car was financed with, my account number or an address in which to send my payment. A week before my first payment was due I call the dealership and asked them the information. They had told me to wait until I received the information from the finance company (Drive Finacial). Well, I never got the information until a man showed up to take my car. Now I have until morning to make up two payments. To some that my not be a big thing but for me it will take an act of God. So if you are readiing this please say a prayer for me!

They said I had given a bogus address. Told me I should get legal assistance because I had stolen the car and that was grand theift auto. I talked to the dealership where I got the car and asked them what address they gave to Drive Financial and they gave my correct address. So I don't understand why I was never sent a bill or payment book. When I asked Drive Financial that question they said they didn't have to.
