I purchased a 2010 Chevy Cobalt in the middle of July. By the second week of August the driver side floor started getting wet due to rain I thought. I informed their warranty department and took the vehicle to Fort Worth Automotive (twice). Then I was asked to take it to 2nd Opinion for the third time. It is now December and the problem has not be resolved and for the fourth time I was asked to return the vehicle to 2nd Opinion, because now Drive Time known what the problem is. The vehicle has been at 2nd Opinion since 12/23/13 and today Drive Time representative has contacted me stating: "I just received a call from Drive Time customer service regarding the 2010 Chevy Cobalt it was stated by their representative JP that 2 opinion repair shop does not feel comfortable in repairing the vehicle after receiving the information from Drive Time stating what the problem was/is. Drive Time is now stating that I can return the vehicle and they will show on my credit report that the loan was in good standing, but I can not purchase another vehicle from Drive Time because I was behind on my payment. I don't believe that was the case regarding behind payments with Drive Time, they knew that the vehicle was damage and sold it in that condition, because I involved BBB this is their way out. When buying from Drive Time request a carfax so you will know what type a vehicle you are buying. Joyce Glass-Staves

Sounds like it may have been in an accident.
