 My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Drivetime-Bridgecrest in Feburary. We made all the payment on time until April which its was few days late. They came pick up the truck 5 days later for236.00 which I explain to the lady when she call me  the day I would make the payment. I keep a open communication with them from the day I purchased the vehicle. After they pick up i didnt worry aobut the truck anymore even though I was pissed. They call me from April until I decided to get the truck back which was at the end of August.  According to them all I need to pay was 990.00 which was suppose to cover everything that was due. I ask several time before I made any payment to them.  After I paid them , they call and said you can Pick your truck up this location , got to the location to only find they ( Bridgecrest ) had order a s**t load stuff to be done the vehicle but refuse to pay for it, so order for me to redeem it only again I need to pay 838.00 to this other company. So I still didnt get the vehicle back until Sept 9th. I call Bridgecrest and they completely lied about everything , so the guy told me Since I pay for all that stuff he would be give 30 days before my the pay would be due. Which would have been October 02. I could not access the accont of line and they wouldnt return my calls. On the 10th of Oct they came and repossed the truck , stating to me that we couldnt get in contact with you . Needless to say I record every conversation and they complete lied to me on phone and everytime I call them out on stuff they woud just chnage it the lie.
