This seems to be a questionable dealership. Not just the one of two in St. Louis, MO but the whole nest of them.
I have a very old auto that i just discoverd was leaking like a sive from the radiator. Prior to my driving 2 hours with my disabled husband and daughter I would like to make sure it is not a wawted trip and have at least a Inling of what a payment would be....they refused to tell me...
They want you in the dealership.....where they can "verify " your information.....this bothers me since they approved my loan amount with the info i put on the internet. and they can't give me a payment approximate? I know I could not hold them to it ....it is an ESTIMATE. but they refuse that.. they dont care if we are coming or not so I guess it is a not on my end. Won't say they could pick me up if we are stranded on the raod.... the man i spoke to in colorado said to just get a cab....is he on crack? an hour out on the road....going to a dealer ship...supposidly? and they would not come and pick you up when you have the auto you want already picked out and ready to purchase?
There is something wrong in this pickle barrel....and you find these things out when you are poor, alone and vulnarable. I think nightline will enjoy investigating this one!!!!
