Well, I just received the MP3 player that I had to order for a customer. She had bought one through me on Ebay and when it arrived to her, it was damaged/broken/not working and not the correct color. After weeks of emails, I finally got an RMA# for her and she shipped it back to the company. We requested an exchange for a working item, but instead I received a refund. So, I turned around and ordered another one for her, but I had it shipped to ME so I could make sure it was a working item. I received it today via FedEX. You wont believe this! It is the SAME identical one that my customer returned to them! On top of that, they left letters from OTHER customers inside the bag with the mp3 player. This SAME MP3 player has been sold to several OTHER customers, all who returned it as damaged!!!! They obviously never even LOOKED inside the box! They just re-sell the same item and make a killing on shipping!! Isn't this some sort of internet fraud or mail fraud?? I have EVERY email that has gone between me and dropshipdesign...the last email that I sent I asked if they were actually sending me the same mp3 player that my customer had returned. They replied with a 1 word email..."YES". When I originally ordered the mp3 player for my customer from ebay, it did NOT list as a refurbished item. It listed as NEW. AFTER I ordered it, it listed as Refurbished. At the time that I ordered it for the 2nd time, it was NOT listed as refurbished. There HAS to be something that I can do! I have PROOF that this SAME broken item has been sold over and over...I have the actual letters from the OTHER customers that returned this thing.. along with their names and addresses. If ANYONE can point me in the right direction, PLEASE do! I am out $199.00 for the 'membership fees', shipping charges, ebay fees, paypal fees, and now the small profit that I actually made on the sale. I have requested to speak with someone over the phone SEVERAL times but they refuse. They wont even allow me to call THEM. This whole thing just has me in total shock! I've suffered through ebay with my customers and I'm totally stressed out. I dont even want to think about the problems that will come from the OTHER item that I sold (the Espresso Machine that arrived damaged and wet in the bag/box). I KNOW it's going to be another headache just like this one. Two totally different items...two totally different customers...SAME problem with both! I wish I had done my research better before paying these crooks $199.00. I would have NEVER done business with them!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!! Teresa South Carolina
