Ten months ago we brought a TV converter ( Digitalstream ) as matter of fact we bought 4 of them and we bought 3 for our son. A month ago one of my sons converters stopped working and did the same thing that ours did a week ago. Called dsconverter support the frist gal we talked to treated us like we were dogs and a bunch of dumb hillbillys and told my wife that we didnt have it hooked uo right, I called back talked to anothere one of there so called expert support personal all he said was that they ownly have a 6 month warranty and if we were not smart enough to buy a extened warranty from Radio Shack to bad go buy another one Number one Radio Shack did not say a word about offering any extended warranty. Called local Radio Shack they said they werent offering it at the time. They also told me if you use one of there (dsconverter-Digtalstream) if you use it every day and get a year out of it knock on wood there cheep CHINA MADE JUNK. I have talked to a lot of people in our Vet club that has already throwed theres out, so if you want some that is lost for a couple of years dont buy this china junk.
