I placed an order with dsf enterprises last week monday.

They do not support credit card payments, and request money be transferred or deposited.

I transferred the required amount directly after placing the order, supplying my order no as a reference.

The following day the site was no longer available, and any contact numbers I have go un-answered.

A few days later the site is back online, and any attempts to make contact via the online form, email, or telephone numbers remain un-answered.

now, a week later I have decided to contact my bank and have the transfer reversed.

In future I will always be wary of a company that will rather supply only a po-box address, rather then a physical address.

Stay away from these guys.

Our server was down and we were not aware of the order - This has all been resolved!!

The server our IT was hosted on went down and we had no access to our website or emails thus we unaware of this order. This buyer has been contacted and shipped his order last week, I will contact him again to make sure all is resolved, pls let me know if there is any other problems Our customer service is of utmost importance and we always go the extra mile to make sure all are happy.
