In August 2014 I was contacted by email and asked to take part in a survey in return for a $25 gift card.  THere were a number of gift cards listed and it was my choice.  I completed the survery honestly which was not kind to DSM.  I have for years had complaints regarding their rude customer servce as well as the lack of professionism regarding their billing errors.  They actually stuffed electrodes between my pillow order one time and when I called to let them know their error I was told I ordered them and I was responsible for them!!!!  The crazy chick who I spoke to was so absolutely rude, condesending and wouldnt listen to the fact that I never ordered them.  They eventually sent an order to pick them up but I felt so violated by the end of the ordeal I swore never to use them again.  I have contacted them several times about the fact that they never followed through with distributing any gift cards - but of course these people dont care  -
