Dstllp Pedro Santiago, dstoil Mr. Pedro Santiago Serial Scammer Internet
Pedro Santiago scammed a church and a developer in Puerto Rico, offering them financing for their projects. Asked for retainer fee, took their money & disappeared. Before he disappeared he first claimed divorce troubles, then an "illness" that almost killed him, and after that he would answer the phone as someone else. He's a bottom feeder. He also goes by name of Damarco Pedro Rios Santiago. He has been reported to the authorities in Puerto Rico.
