DTDC Express Lottery Winner, need to send funds for a delivery and have one week to decide London Internet
Sending me an email that I won a Millow dollars, and I need to pay the delivery that it can't b e taken from the winnings. The delivery charges are rediculas, I feel if I sent the funds I would never receive anything.
