Duncan Stuart Todd Ltd DST Bait and Switch Boulder Colorado
I was contracted to provide design services to DST on an ongoing basis. After delivering requested design work I billed them at a very low agreed upon flat rate that was contingent on ongoing work. They then terminated my services. This is called bait and switch.
