Dunla's Heating and AC, LLC installed a new air conditioning unit on 18jun2015. Immediately after installation, we noticed the temperature of the house was not cooling down. The gave us several excuses for this happening. The first weekend the new unit was installed, we did not have AC. It was about 90 degrees. Donald Dunlap, owener of the company, would not return texts or calls over the weekend. He sent someone else out to look at it after the weekend. The unit was filling up with water, supposedly the problem was fixed.
Similar cenario happed twice more, different reasons or excuses were given. The AC then worked for a while, only to break down again. Had Blair's come out and look at it, the unit was never properly filled with coolant when installed. Blair's noticed upon further inspection, the unit was not grounded properly, hoses and wires were not installed or insulated properly, every corner was cut to save money. The unit is potentially a fire hazard, and was never inspected. The water damage to our home has caused mold and mildew, and costly repairs.
