Durham Rescue Mission claims to help homeless individuals and when you enter their shelter they say that its a program. They take you car because they say that you can't have one and you have to buy some of their broke down donated cars. They also try to force you into their baptist religion no matter what religion you are and they make you memorize bible sayings and take tests for some non credited college classes and if you fail you can't go out for the weekend. When you get to a certain period in the program they they make you work for them and not pay you right and take your money. You have to sign over your SSI checks and disability checks to them and they keep them in a safe and tell you how much money you can have on a weekly or montly basis. People donate there all of the times and the owner Rev. Ernie Mills and staff takes the good donations for themselves and give the residents crap. Don't donate to this place it all goes in Ernie Mills pocket. They also have racist employees and no really and diversity when it comes to the staff.
