Watch-Out People!!!

Simalar to previous story of "Vacation Networks ripoff They phoned to inform me that I had won 1 of 4 prizes: Ford Explorer, 27" Flat screen TV, vacation for 2 to FL, Las Vegas or Jamaica, or a cruise for 2 out of Galveston Round Rock Texas"

We supposedly won one of the prises, and we chose the 5 day 4 night cruise, which was supposed to come priority mail in 4-6 weeks. 3 Months later we are still waiting for the package.

When I tried to call the reresentitive, the number was disconnected and there was a forwarding number of 706-860-1120 for Vacation Networks in Agusta, GA. I've left a message every day for the last 2 weeks and can't get a hold of anyone.

Duvera Financial has been calling to collect on the monthly installments, that we haven't made yet, since we cannot contact this criminal outfit called Vacation Networks. They informed us that we have to get Vac. Networks to cancel the account, even after I explained that they are a fraud and can't be tracked down very easily.

Duvera Financial is quite aware of what Vacation Network is doing and has a long history of collecting the contract income for fly-by-night outfits that seem to disappear. However Duvera is the root of these outfits, as they are the collectors of funds, and either keep all they collect or know where these accounts are to forward the payments. This is a huge network of companies that are scamming thousands of people, and destroying honest peoples credit while they continue to collect for entities that either don't exist or only set up billing and never deliver.

This a complete rip-off that HURTS families who just want to be able to give their families the opportunity travel and have a nice inexpensive vacation. But instead we owe money and can't USE the vacaations.

This person states they have called and left a message for Vacation Network's corporate office everyday for the last 2 weeks and can't get a hold of anyone. This is interesting, we had tried to contact this client for a month(by phone and mail) in regards to their declined credit card, and never received any response. Our finance company, Duvera Financial, has been contacting them because regardless of the promotional gift(which is dealt through another company), it has nothing to do with the contract this person signed with Vacation Network, Inc. Then this person states that they explained to Duvera that we are a fraud and can't be tracked down very easily. This is interesting, because Duvera would have immediately gave them our number, and also would have notified us themselves about this client, so we could contact her ourselves, especially because she was having so many problems. Vacation Network, Inc can access clients accounts in Duvera, and her account shows that this client never had a converastion with them in regards to Vacation Network, Inc, or what she is claiming. It shows only phone messages left, and letter that have been mailed. If this person did not want to incrue any debt, or be called by debt collectors. Then why did she sign a contract agreeing to have her account financed, and not make the payments? Or allow her credit card to be declined? Vacation Network, Inc is inviting her to contact us at our corporate office number, we are more than willing to work with her on this problem.
