I was looking on line for dvd box sets and came across DVDBeauty.com as a site that has free shipping to canada as i am from there, after placing my order of 219.67 a few days later i recieved a phone call from the company only the lady Jan was from texas and you could hear other phones ringing in the back and hear other people talking so it sounded like a call center. she was calling to confirm my order gave me a tracking number thanked me for my business and that was that. i was to recieve my order within 8-10 business days a month went by i spoke with 4 different people over that month wanting to know where my order was i finally got an email from Rene Sadler appologizing for the delay of the chinese lunar new year had put all shipping and freight on hold. this was the first confusing thing because i had ordered from a site based out of the united states. but she assured me i would have my order within 7-14 days.

a few more weeks went by i finally recieved my order in these ridiculous hard plastic boxes filled with burned dvds of the episodes i was angry enough i didnt even put them in to the dvd player because it was not what i had ordered i immediately called the company and told them i wanted to return everything they took my complaint then told me someone would contact me with details on how to return the items a week went by and nothing i emailed 3 different times and have called and spoke to 2 different people from the call center wanting to know what the hell was going on, the next day i got another email from this Rene Sadler saying she understands i have a problem with my purchase and would like to know how they can best help me to fix this problem. i have since emailed her back twice and called the company never getting a response from her but being told by yet another rep that my complaint for return was in the computer and he can only suggest that their claims dept was doing their best to rectify the issue.

i have emailed every possible link to every email and website attatched to the response from this Rene Sadler and [email protected] there is nothing more i can do and i dont see me ever getting any type of money back for the garbage they sent me from china. if there is anyone that has suggestions please report to this
