DVDCRAZE , TVDVDWorld , DVDavenue I placed an order, recieved an email confirmation, then weeks later recieved an email telling me the order had been placed on back order. Internet
I placed an order, recieved an email confirmation, then weeks later recieved an email telling me the order had been placed on back order.
I tried calling and emailing to find out when I would recieve the dvd', I left message after message and finally after no response from them cancelled the order by phone by leaving another message and also cancelled the order by email.
I then recieved another email from them telling me to click on the link below to cancel the order but alas the link doesn't work it is the same link that I recieved on 3 different emails from them. There was also a 'toll free' number on the email but as you can see it is not 'toll free' 1 213 725-5232
Of course I have been calling and calling the number to try and get a name and address but once again no one is answering the phone and then all you get is a busy signal.
