Dynamic Auto Movers, LLC LATE LATE LATE - TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION Miami Florida
I would not recommend Dynamic Auto Movers. My vehicle was picked up on a Tuesday and the company quoted it would be around 3 days to get to my location. I had drill (3.5 hours away) on the upcoming weekend so all I needed was some sort of update as to when the vehicle would arrive so I could get a rental if needed. That in itself should not have been a thing, needless to say, the quote changed from a Thursday/Friday into a Sunday. Well, it's Monday now and still no vehicle. it's not the drivers fault, but Dynamic because they quoted me 2-3 days. I got a hold of the drivers boss and he apologized because he said the quote was suppose to be 5-7 days and Dynamic lied about the quote. In addition, the lack of communication, the dispatch man was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Customer service isn't hard, he got upset for asking for an update and eventually hung up. Had I known this process was going to be like pulling teeth I would not have utilized this company, let alone done the auto transport route. All in all, I understand completely that things come up, and that plans are subject to change. With that being said, if you don't have an update just say you don't have an update.
