E-470 ExpressToll CO Highway Robbery Denver Colorado
Highway robbery at its finest. Went to Colorado for an awesome vacation in June. In October received a bill from ExpressToll claiming this was their second attempt so I had a late fee. It was the FIRST letter I had received from them and they refused to take off the late fee. The woman on the phone was horrible and kept blaming me for using that road in the first place. It is now the end of November and I just received another bill claiming it takes this long for each day. Called and said it was a joke and not right. She said get over it, you used the road. Absolutely horrible how much the charges were and how awful the customer service reps are.
